Welcome to our condo
This well-equipped two-bedroom, two-bath centrally located Island Club condo is close to both the Atlantic Ocean beach and the Club’s pool complex. Just a few minutes’ walk to the wide expansive sandy and life-guarded beach or to the pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, gym and fishing lagoon within its gated community.
The condo’s private naturally shaded balcony offers views of the sea, pool complex, tennis courts, sunrises and sunsets. Being an end unit the condo benefits from a large window in the dining area making the 1214 sq. foot unit seem even more spacious and brighter.
Cable TV with large flat screen TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, and free Internet/Wi-Fi throughout the unit keeps you connected to the real world (as much as you want to be) while enjoying your beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. The lush gardens and walkways with playgrounds and BBQ/picnic areas further enhance the laid-back, at-the-beach relaxed atmosphere.
This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two double beds. The queen size sleep sofa in the lounge has an upgraded comfortable memory foam mattress – this is not your parent’s sleep sofa.
The well-equipped kitchen and dining area have everything you need to cook in the unit or eat take-out from the many local restaurants. Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric water kettle, coffee maker, blender, and copious pots, pans, and utensils provide the conveniences of home while at your beach get-away. The dining table has four chairs and a long bench, while the expansive kitchen counter has two bar chairs for casual dining. An in-unit washer/dryer rounds out the conveniences offered to make your vacation here as hassle free as possible – relax, you’re at the beach!
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking within the unit or on the balcony will result in professional cleaning fees being charged.
Access to the condo is via a numeric smart lock with a new code for each guest stay. No more worrying about where the key is or who last had it – just share the access code and now everyone can come and go as they please.
There is ample parking on site. Just display the parking pass that the security gate staff provide to you on your check-in day and find an open spot closest to the unit.
The Island Club is located in the Folly Field area towards the top of the Atlantic side of Hilton Head Island. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the busier areas such as Coligny Circle and Shelter Cove (yet just a short drive to them) means that there is less traffic, noise and people to intrude on your relaxation.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept guests with pets. We know of other pet-friendly rentals on the island so if you need some pointers please do not hesitate to contact us.
