Check out is prior to 10am on your last day. Our team of cleaners will then descend on the unit to prepare it for our next guests.
Checking out is simple:
- Strip beds and leave sheets on bed or floor
- Leave dirty towels in bathtub
- Empty the refrigerator
- Load and start dishwasher
- Take out the trash
- Return anything that you’ve moved back to its original place
- Please leave the ceiling fans running slowly
- Check that you’ve left nothing behind
- Lock the door; your unique door code will be deleted later that day.
If you do leave anything behind, then it’s likely that our cleaners will find it. Contact us and we’ll work with our cleaners to see if they did find it and have it in their keeping.
