Arrival at the front gate
The gatehouse will be ready for you when you arrive. They’ll need your name and the unit number to find the right package for you.
Drive through the gate once you have you pass, over the bridge to the stop sign. Turn right and the unit is in the very first building on your left. There is an elevator in the middle of each of the buildings. There are hotel style luggage carts available – they’re stored by the elevator of the middle building.
Getting into the unit
We use a four-digit electronic deadbolt, changing it weekly for your security. The code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival, the on-site Vacasa staff have a physical back-up key in case something goes wrong.
You’re in, you’ve made it! Time to unwind, gather yourselves and start enjoying your time on Hilton Head Island. Here are some suggestions to do before really relaxing.
Wi-Fi Password
Probably the most essential piece of information these days is the Wi-Fi password! The current Wi-Fi password is written in the home manual that should be on the coffee table in the lounge. Our passwords are always silly sounding – we love the idea of this phrase being said out aloud, as it is passed from person to person.
